T h e couple first b u ilt a w h ite -fe n ce d terrace
at one side o f the house, stocking it w ith cushy
fu rn itu re and an elegant ro se -co vere d arch.

with predominantly green plantings, accented by white and
pastel blooms. A bluestone terrace,

repeats the scheme.
The muted palette creates a soothing atmosphere.
